Because of urgent carriageway repairs and resurfacing, North Road, Cheriton will be closed to through traffic between the junctions with Military Road and North Close.
It is planned that the works will commence on Wednesday 14 July 2010 and should be completed within 3 days. The works will be carried out between the hours of 9.30 am and 3.00 pm, with the road re-opened outside these hours.
The alternative route for through traffic is via Royal Military Avenue, Church Road, B2063 Risborough Lane, and Military Road.
