In Memoriam: Margaret Newcombe3.37.34pm BST (GMT +0100) Thu 3rd Jun 2010 Shepway Liberal Democrats are sad to hear that ex-Folkestone Town Cllr Margaret Newcombe passed away yesterday. Best wishes at this time to her family and friends. Margaret Newcombe served on Folkestone Town Council from its inception in 2004 to 2007 as a Conservative Councillor for Folkestone Park ward. Folkestone Town Council Liberal Democrat Group Leader, Tim Prater, said: "Margaret made a real contribution to Folkestone Town Council. She would often talk at meetings about her pride in her children, and we are thinking of them and her family and friends at this time."
