New Folkestone Mayor Journal Launched5.59.39pm BST (GMT +0100) Wed 2nd Jun 2010 In May 2010, Liberal Democrat Morehall ward Councillor Tom McNeice was elected as the Mayor of Folkestone. To record the year and the hundreds of engagements during that time, Tom is keeping a journal as a record of some of the events, meetings and people that he has seen as part of his time of Mayor, and the good things happening across Folkestone and Shepway.
