Cheriton High Street Reopened4.11.42pm BST (GMT +0100) Fri 28th May 2010 Cheriton High Street, Cheriton has now been re-opened (afternoon Friday 28th May) after investigations into subsidence in the road. The carriageway subsidence was caused by a collapsed sewer pipe which has now been repaired, and the road closure signage is currently being collected.
