Video Nasty: Fuller appalled by state of underpass in Central Folkestone9.32.00am BST (GMT +0100) Tue 19th Aug 2008
Folkestone Central Councillor Gary Fuller was so appalled to see the disgusting state of an underpass in Central Folkestone last week he posted a video of the graffiti and damage on You Tube - http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=1-5U4-utHyQ. Commenting he said: "This underpass needs to be repainted and the broken lights need to be repaired. It is appalling that any part of Central Folkestone should be in this state!"
